Companion Care Services

This type of service includes our caregivers providing companion visits to clients. We can also help our clients connect with loved ones through social media, phone, e-mail, and other applications. We will also assist and engage clients in activities such as crafts and arts, breathing exercises, listening to music, and watching movies. Our caregivers may also assist in the use of electronic devices if requested and needed. Our caregivers will remind clients of their medications and appointments.

Personal Care Services

Under personal care services, our caregivers provide partial or full assistance in bathing or showering, oral and personal hygiene, grooming, and toileting. In addition, we will also help with dressing and undressing and transfers for clients with concerns in movement, mobility, and ambulation.

Home Care Support Services

Clients can be very limited with their ability to care not only for themselves, but also their home. Due to
this, we will provide services to keep your home clean and free of clutter. This includes light housekeeping, laundry and linen change, assistance with creating a grocery list, meal preparation, and cooking the client’s favorite meals. In addition, we will also care for and feed your furry and not-so-furry loved ones if needed.

Out-of-Home Care Services

Yes, we provide home care services! But we also provide assistance when clients need to get out of their homes because we know the many health benefits of being outdoors. We will accompany our clients to doctor appointments, travels, social events, and recreational activites. Our caregivers will also help with shopping and errands, planning visits, outings, and trips if needed. Lastly, if a client wants to walk around the neighborhood, our caregivers are more than willing to accompany with this activity.

Relief Care Services

Relief Care Services – Developing long-term relationship with our clients is our passion. However, we at Aidlife know that some clients may only require short-term care with long lasting impact. Our Relief Care Services is the best option for clients and families who only need several days of assistance. Aidlife’s Home Care Aides will serve as a companion in the hospital or facilities when families are at work or attending personal matters. We will also give aid to our clients who need emotional support and assistance before and after procedures when needed.

Special Care Services

Caregivers at AidLife can also provide special care to clients with Alzheimer’s Disease, Cancer, Parkinson’s Disease, or recovering from stroke. Although we are a non-medical home care service, we know that some clients require special care that we will be more than willing to provide.

Short Hour Care Services

AidLife Home Care ensures that client independence is prioritized with every interaction which is why we offer our “Short Hour Care Services”. This service ranges from a minimum of 1 hour to 3 hours per service. Clients can pick one out of three services that they need aid with, and our caregivers will be happy to help them! This service is perfect for clients who only need minimal aid.

Private Sitter Services

AidLife Home Care offers Private Sitter Services. It is a form of companion care service offered to clients who require 1:1 constant observation to promote client safety. This is especially important for clients who are confused, impulsive, high fall risk, elopement risk, require frequent redirection, or pose serious safety concerns to self, staff, and family members. Our Private Sitter caregiver provides 1:1 supervision and personal care and can work in many different settings such as senior housing, assisted/independent living, skilled nursing facilities, hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, or home settings.

Couples Care Services

There may be instances where couples will need care. At AidLife Home Care, we will assess the couple’s needs and if deemed appropriate, we will have ONE caregiver care for the couple at a discounted rate.

Availability or Length of Care Hours

SHORT HOUR CARE

Offered at a flat rate, clients can choose one out of three services (shower care, light housekeeping, or meal preparation). The service will be performed at a minimum of 1 hour to a maximum of 3 hours.

HOURLY CARE

Clients pay hourly services which ranges from 4 hours to 12 hours of care per service.

OVERNIGHT CARE

Clients who require more care at night may avail overnight care services. This will ensure that clients have a round-the-clock care including overnight hours.

LIVE-IN CARE / 24-HOUR CARE

LIVE-IN CARE: A caregiver will work 12 hours to perform duties based on the client's care plan. Live-in caregivers are provided an 8-hour break and 4 hours of leisure time and a bed to sleep in or rest. 24-HOUR CARE: Two or more caregivers will work to ensure round-the-clock care and perform duties based on the client's care plan.
